  My husband and I moved from Delaware nearly three years ago to Loves Park, IL for his job at Chrysler. New to the Midwest and area, we knew no one - but we needed to transfer our insurance over to a local agent. Kevin was referred to us by a co-worker and we have been very satisfied clients with State Farm Insurance, and especially with Kevin Doyle, never questioning and never had to look back at out decision to go with Kevin Doyle at State Farm Insurance. More recently, we were devastated by damage to our home and, through and through, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the response from State Farm for the urgency of our need but also the compassion and concern genuinely given to us by our agent Kevin Doyle. Our tragedy was turned into a triumph as Kevin even went the extra mile to provide us witha a great referral for a local contractor to rebuild and reconstruct our damaged home. In our opinion, Kevin rises far above what is normal and customary for what an agent is typically responsible for - he is genuine, compassionate for his clients, and has a unique passion for what he does in his industry. We would absolutely recommend him and the services he provides to his customers to anyone looking to add insurance coverage or perhaps even switching to State Farm. In today's insurance market - many people do not realize that they should shop around for the best value when it comes to insurance coverage - they merely stick with the "family tradition." I am all about family traditions however, when you do that, you need to be true to yourself in that there is an equal need to consider - the value of the agent themselves - and Kevin has certainly proven his worth to us in a desperate time of need!
